Terms of Service

The parties are the user and the operator of the service. The operator is the business named below. A national ID is not published in this document.

Using the service or creating an account is acceptance of these terms. Anyone who does not agree does not use the service.

The name below is not ours, and it is not a contact channel.

The service is a tattoo design and decision studio. It covers forming an idea, choosing craft options, AI-assisted artwork, optional body try-on, and stencil export. Product name:

Onyx Tattoo

The current version is a Free Beta. Features, availability, and the size of the usage allowance may change or stop. Free Beta is not a permanent entitlement, and it is not a commitment to continue the service at the same scope.

The service is not for children under 16. Do not create an account for a child under that age. The user states that they are allowed to enter these terms under the law that applies to them.

Sign-in is with a Google account, through the authentication service. The user is responsible for activity on the account. Do not hand control of the account to someone else in order to bypass the service. Do not bypass, interfere with, or falsify the server checks on the usage allowance. The balance that governs is the one kept on the server, not a local display.

The user keeps their rights in the content they provide, including text, images, and instructions. The user grants the operator a license to host that content, to process it, and to send it to the AI provider, only to run the feature the user asked for. The license is not permission to sell the content, and it is not permission to publish it. The license ends when the content is deleted, except copies already required for a security record or a legal duty.

The output is a creative aid. It is not a finished instruction for tattooing. It is not medical advice, not health advice, and not professional tattoo advice. A result can be wrong, partial, or unfit for a body. The user decides whether anything is tattooed, and what is tattooed, if anything. Responsibility for that choice sits with the user and with the professional the user chooses, not with the operator.

The usage allowance is managed on the server, including balances and a ledger. When in-app purchases are available, payment is processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive card numbers. RevenueCat receives the app user identifier, the product bought, purchase and renewal status, and store transaction identifiers, so the server can credit the wallet. If store billing is added or expanded, Apple or Google will handle payment and refunds under their rules, and these terms will be updated before billing is opened. That update is a condition of opening billing, not a description of something that already exists.

Do not use the service to create or upload illegal content. Do not upload or request sexual content involving a minor. Do not upload another person's body photo without that person's permission. Do not abuse the service, disrupt it, attempt to break into it, or attempt to bypass the server allowance checks. Do not present the output as medical advice or as a safety instruction.

The operator may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, for abuse, or for an attempt to bypass the server. The user may stop using the service at any time. Rights in the app itself, including the interface, the marks, and the software, stay with the operator. The license over user content does not transfer those rights to the user. Do not make a separate commercial use of the product name without permission. The name below is not the operator's.

The service is provided as it is, within a Free Beta. The AI may be imperfect. The operator does not promise that an output will be fit for tattooing, that the service will be available without interruption, or that an output will be free of error. A limit in these terms does not override a right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to the user.

The laws of the State of Israel govern these terms. That does not take away mandatory consumer protections in the user's place of residence, where that law provides them.

The operator may update these terms when the service changes. A material change, including the opening of billing, will not be presented as if it already applies before the terms are updated and published.
